A meeting and conference venue in north-east London
From Monday to Friday, the hall is available in the daytime for meetings, training days, presentations, workshops and conferences of up to 150 people. It is a private room, so your group has the space to itself, with free parking on site for delegates who drive.
Delegates coming by train can take the London Overground Weaver line from Liverpool Street to Highams Park, about 20 minutes, and walk to the hall. Buses 212 and W16 stop at Highams Park, Hickman Avenue.

Refreshments, lunch and the evening
The kitchen is there for your caterer, so you can bring in tea, coffee and lunch from a caterer you trust, or ask us to recommend one. If the day ends with a reception or an awards dinner, the serviced bar can open with our own bar staff.

Meeting and conference questions
When can we hire the hall for a meeting?
Daytime hire runs Monday to Friday. Tell us your start and finish times when you enquire.
How many delegates can the hall take?
Up to 150 people, depending on the layout. Rows of chairs fit the most people; round tables take fewer.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. The hall has a kitchen your caterer can work from. Tell us about your catering when you enquire, and we can recommend local caterers who know the hall.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes, free parking on site at The Rolls Sports Ground, with more on the surrounding streets.
Is the hall step-free?
No. The hall is on the first floor and is reached by stairs, and there is no lift. If any of your guests have limited mobility, call us on 020 8523 5133 before you book and we will talk it through.
