A private function hall in north-east London
Venue 92 is a function hall for private hire at The Rolls Sports Ground, 14 Hickman Avenue, in Highams Park, Chingford E4. It is in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, with Walthamstow to the south, Woodford to the east and Chingford to the north, and it takes up to 150 guests.
When you hire the hall, it is yours for the event. There is no other party in the next room and no shared bar. You get the hall, a serviced bar with our own staff, the kitchen for your caterers, tables and chairs, heating and air conditioning, and free parking on site.
People hire it for wedding receptions, birthday and engagement parties, anniversaries, christenings, Eid, Diwali and bar mitzvah celebrations, wakes, Christmas parties, meetings, training days and conferences, awards dinners, exhibitions, comedy nights and boxing shows.

- We check the date and send you a quote for your event.
- Come and see the hall. Viewings run most days, including evenings.
- Confirm the booking and we hold the date for you.
- Closer to the day, we agree set-up times, the layout and the finish time with you.
Getting to Venue 92
Highams Park station, on the London Overground Weaver line, is a short walk from the hall and about 20 minutes from Liverpool Street. Buses 212 (Chingford station to Walthamstow) and W16 (Chingford Mount to Leytonstone) stop at Highams Park, Hickman Avenue. If you are driving, there is free parking on site.

Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. The hall has a kitchen your caterer can work from. Tell us about your catering when you enquire, and we can recommend local caterers who know the hall.
How late can our event run?
Our evening hours run to 1am on Saturdays and midnight on Sundays. Ask when you enquire and we will confirm the finish time for your date.
Is the hall available during the day?
Yes. Daytime hire runs Monday to Friday, for meetings, training days, classes and conferences.
Is the hall step-free?
No. The hall is on the first floor and is reached by stairs, and there is no lift. If any of your guests have limited mobility, call us on 020 8523 5133 before you book and we will talk it through.
